The Access Denied page pops up when a Free Member tries to view a page that is only accessible for Premium Members. To gain full access, obtain a Premium Membership. If you’re a premium member and you see this page, contact customer support.

I want to update or change my avatar/profile photo, my hair looks weird in the old one.

From our home page click the “Settings” link in the menu bar and then click the “+” on the “Change Picture/Avatar” box. Click the Browse button to select the file and then click “Submit” to upload the file. To delete it, just press “Delete” in the same box.
